Lotus
Lotus was born as a so-called backyard builder but became an F1 constructor at last.
- 6
6 which is a precursor of 7 is a very light car. Lightly tuned engines from some mass-produced cars were mounted on a light-weighted aluminum body. This is a basic formula of Lotus and other backyard builders.

A very rare car which keeps an original suspension and side-valve engine.
- 7
It is so-called Super 7. The 7 consists of Series 1 to Series 4. The most popular one is Series 3 which has Lotus twincam engine. Caterham, Birkin and so on are based on this Series 3. Series 1 mounts a small engine such as Coventry Climax SOHC engine and BMC A-type 1275 cc engine, but it is enough fast car.

- 11
A very flat race car with the front engine rear drive construction.

- 23B
This is also a flat racer with the midship engine rear drive construction. It is a miracle that 11 and 23B can drive on the road legally.

- Elite
Elite is a very unique car with all FRP monocoque construction. This made production efficacy worst. Thus it is a rare car and so expensive. The heart of Elite is Coventry Climax SOHC engine with a trademark of Lady Godiva.
- Elan
It made Lotus famous. Since Lotus had reflected the bad production efficacy of Elite, Elan had a conventional X-shaped frame and a light FRP body. The body styles are DHC, FHC and 4 seater Elan+2. The production last from Series 1 to Series 4 and Sprint. The engine is 1500 cc and 1600 cc twincam engine.
