We received a visit from Professor Zhang Lianbin (President of University Affairs Committee) and Professor Chun Yang Wen (Assistant President) representing Beihua University on behalf of President Liu Hezhong.

Beihua University (former Jilin Medical College) is our oldest sister school. Our first president made this first academic cooperative agreement with them in 1984. Since then we have been engaged in many exchanges with each other.

This time, during their three-day stay, from October 30 till November 1, 2007, they toured our new University Hospital ward and research facilities. We also discussed future exchanges of researchers and further cooperative research between our two universities.
