On February 17, at SUMS, President Bamba received a courtesy call by Professor Peiyu Wang from the School of Public Health, Peking University.

Professor Peiyu Wang is an expert in public health and epidemiology in China, and will cooperate with our Leading Graduate School Program, as a guest professor of the Center for Epidemiologic Research in Asia.

Professor Peiyu Wang gave a lecture entitled “The public health and global health in China (Developments and Challenges)”, which led to an active question-and-answer session with about 30 participants.

The future exchange and collaborative research with Peking University is also discussed in the Center for Epidemiologic Research in Asia.
